1) All delivery orders are trackable. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link for your order. The processing stage might have delay depending on the courier company used. Please allow up to 1-2 working days for your order information to be visible.

2) Shipment Timeframe:

i. Standard Shipping; 2-5 working days

ii. Express shipping; 1-3 working days

3) Orders placed on weekends will proceed the following business day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
